This is a perfect studio with a private courtyard within a few minutes of Teatro Massimo.you have every convenience at your doorstep, yet being in the rear of a characteristic Palermo historic building with courtyard, the place is silent. Everyhing's newly renovated, big shower room, reliable wifi, spotlessly kept.

We were back for the 2nd of what we hope will be many stays in this charming,spotless, quiet, comfortable, perfectly located apartment with a private courtyard 3 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo. It's right in the Sant Agostino market (selling textiles products mostly) tucked in the back of an historic building. There's a mini market open late right outside the porte cochère, a wonderful café at 50m, Via Maqueda pedestrian drag is steps away in one direction and the fabulous Mercato Da Capo only a little further in the other. Big nicely renovated bathroom, good shower, comfy bed, reliable wifi. Perfect

Superb ground floor studio apartment with an amazing private terrace. Set within a residential courtyard surrounded by traditional properties this extremely modern apartment is a real gem. Everything is walkable and it is surrounded by an abundance of shops, markets and eateries. We loved our stay particularly the tranquility of the private terrace.

This place is really a great find. Center of historic Palermo, 5 minutes walk to Teatro Massimo, just off the main pedestrian drag, Via Maqueda. It's located in the Sant Agostino market area, with every convenience right downstairs, in an old historic building, but tucked away and very quiet. The apartment is beautifully renovated, comfy bed, good wifi, big luxe bathroom, chamring style, and has a private courtyard that really makes it a little home away from home. Couldnt be better.

Location was perfect, within 10 mins of all major historical attractions but also quiet for a peaceful stay. Air con very good and powerful. Spacious bathroom and nice outdoor space.
