Very new and fresh, aircon in both livingroom and bedroom. Very good placement in the city, you have everything in walking distance. Many good restaurants close by and the hop on hop off bus stop just around the corner. Super friendly host.

Could have had some blankets in the bedroom for us who are used to sleeping with duvet. The water temperature in the shower shifts a lot.
