The location is excellent. And the appartman too. Old house, big rooms - I like it.

Could not recommend this apartment enough any more than I am already going to!!! Where to begin? First of all perfect location in the centre of Palermo, along with it being on the road for where the bus leaves you from and takes you to the airport. Second, it’s actually a very big house, can fit up to 6 people (and maybe more if two people sleep on the sofas lol) not to mention very clean (and sadly I’ve seen my fair share of dirty apartments). Last but not least (εδώ βάλε τα ονόματα αυτόν που το ξενοικιαζουν το διαμέρισμα) are very kind, helpful and don’t make you feel like they just want your money. Overall great value for money (please fellow travellers keep in mind the prices you are paying as this is quite a decent price in my opinion), the only problem me and my partner had was, the first night we got there it was 23:30pm so everything was dark at first and with the size of the house we were a bit scared lol (we did not feel unsafe in any way though)

We stayed in the penthouse apartment, it was quite spacious and there were 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our group of 3. I liked that every room was spotlessly clean. The apartment hosts provided a lot of area recommendations and were always available to answer my questions. The location is excellent with only a 15-20 minute walk to the Palermo city center, there's several cafes nearby for breakfast and an artisanal gelato shop next door. The airport bus that costs around 6 Euro per person stops exactly in front of the apartment. We rented a car for the weekend and there's several options for free and paid parking also nearby. Will definitely book again if I return to Palermo.

My friend and I stayed for three nights in Ferdinando's charming apartment, and it was an absolute delight. The apartment is spacious and looks even better in person than in the photos. The decor is tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the pedestrian zone, allowing us to explore Palermo's vibrant streets with ease. We didn't need to use public transportation at all, as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Additionally, the airport bus conveniently stops right in front of the building, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. We were thoroughly impressed with the apartment and the city of Palermo. We would happily choose this apartment again for our next visit. Ferdinando is a pleasant and kind host, very easy to communicate with, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

Apartment is massive and in great location in very city centre of Palermo, apartment was clean and communication with host was spotless :-) I do recommend it to everyone :-)

There might be more light in the main room (chandelier).
