All was perfect

The property was very close to the historic centre and it has all the necessary amenities. The owner was available to us at any time. The house was charming and had very special decorations. We had a very nice time.

We had a small problem with the hot water but it didn’t last long.

Very spacious, very well equipped, spotless, comfortable beds, very helpful host and located in the city centre.

Traffic outside is a bit noisy early in the morning.

Central location, walkable to all the main attractions, quiet street off a lively neighbourhood. Host was very helpful and responsive, always replied quicky with clear instructions. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, feels like an authentic Italian home with high ceiling, quirky decor, spacious rooms, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Very easy to get in without the hassle of picking up the keys. Everything was well prepared (beds, linens, towels, toilettries, breakfast...) and laid out clearly for the guests to use.

The apartment is made up of 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms with showers (one ensuite), plus a kitchen. It would have nicer to have a living/sitting room with sofa so that the group could relax together in the evening. The common area being the kitchen is not ideal as it's quite cramped. The apartment is located on the 1/F with staircase access and a tiny lift (while normal in Europe it was not ideal for the elderly grandparents, and several trips were needed to get all our suitcases). The street is fine but just one or two streets across in the Capo market it started to feek a bit dodgy in the evening. The variety of breakfast items could be improved.

Beautiful apartment in city center. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. Perfect location. The owner is extremely nice and responds quickly any question.
