Mont Oreb Villas Pearl Flic en Flac

The location and the villa give a sense of calmness and a welcoming atmosphere. Cascavelle shopping mall is only 5 minutes driving distance, and Flic en Flac beach only 5 minutes away. Panoramic views on the roof top were great to watch the sunsets 🌇. The villa is well maintained and has a great level of cleanliness on the inside and outside. On our stay, we had 2 days stuck inside because we experienced a cyclone warning class 4, but we fell very safe and we had candles provided , the gas cooker was working, therefore we were able to cooked even we no electricity on that day.. All utensils you need are there to cook your favourite meals 😋. The owners are very helpful, kind, and welcoming. We will definitely recommend people to book and have a great stay just as we did. We were sad to leave the villa. And we are looking forward to booking the villa on our next trip to Mauritius 🇲🇺.

Good location - although slightly difficult to locate on Google Maps. Clean bed sheets and towels on arrival. Some toilet roll stock would be greatly appreciated for future visitors. Wifi, TV and appliances work!

Host entered property without our permission and complained us to turn off the Air Conditioning when not within the property - meaning we could not return to cooled rooms. Our electricity was cut off by the host until we returned at night. Air conditioning is only present in bedrooms and only if doors are shut would it remain on. Host told us cockroaches are commonplace - we found several cockroaches in the pool at night and a few inside the house. The cupboards weren't fully cleaned on arrival. I think some pest control bait is needed. We had cold water on two of our nights.

Secured property which was spacious for a big family. The rooms were of a good size with 3 bathrooms. We liked open plan kitchen and living area, a good outside space lovely roof terrace and we’ll equipped kitchen.

A little far from the beach and restaurants so a car is needed.

Very kind and helpful owner with very simple interaction, villa is new and confortable with big rooms and great bathrooms, great sunset view, swimming pool for kids, quiet and safe neighborhood, 2 mins by car from supermarket and beaches and commercial centre, good position for self exploration of the whole island, in 45 mins you will arrive everywhere traffic jams permitting.

Car needed for any movement... but if you are reading this review is because you want to stay in a place suitable for self exploration of the island: this villa is the best for that.
