Monolocale Studio Flat

Here there was an issue coming from the host, who did not leave the keys as mentioned in previous e-mail. However, the host apologized and sort out the problem.

The flat stays at second floor, maybe it is not good for someone has a problem with the legs

The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and equipped with anything you might need. The owner was very helpful, promptly answered all our questions and gave us wonderful suggestions.

Great central location in the old town of Perugia.

There were some Wifi problems. Apparently, the host likes fragrance, but I did not.

I loved everything about the place, Stefano was super helpful from the start - a truly perfect host! The location is more than great, close to everything, the apartment is super clean and comfy :) highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the beautiful city of Perugia.

Wi-Fi could've been better, BUT this is just my personal opinion, given I had to work during my stay. If you're in a similar situation, highly recommend visiting Spazio Modu :)

Everything was perfect - the contact with the host, the localization and of course the appartment itself. It was very comfortable, clean and cozy.

Can't think of anything I could complain about, especially given the price.

Location is very good, 5 minutes away from the city center on foot, on a local artists alley, from what we can tell, as there are painting studios and artwork on the building walls. However, if you have trouble walking, I would not recommend it as there is a steep hill getting to the city center.

The shower has a weird location, on the wall opposite to the toilet bowl. It was a bit uncomfortable but in the end that did not bother us that much, we managed.

Very close to the Perugia main square! The flag had all the essentials and the owner was very nice with instructions and tips for visiting Perugia.

Apartment was very clean and equipped with a lot of useful appliances. Location was great just a few minutes from the centre and from the mini metro station. Gabriella was very helpful with any questions we had.

Communication with the host was the best I ever experienced. Gabriella is awesome!

The host was exceptional - they messaged us in advance to advise on where the apartment was and how to access it, and gave us really helpful local knowledge on local shops and their opening times, as well as recommended restaurants. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed including an iron and spare pillows. It was very comfortable and had all the basics you would need!

There wasn’t anything to dislike. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want to be in central Perugia with somewhere to rest.
