The host was reelly kind and helpful. He arranged a self check-in for us because we weren't sure about our arrival time, which was perfect. He also answered our messages very quickly when we had questions and gave some nice recommendations for restaurants. The property was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was very nice.

I missed some shelf space in the bathroom, but this was a very minor issue

It was pleasant but nothing special. The apartment needs updating and a make over.

The location is not very pretty and car parking is in a very busy free location down lots of stairs and some hauling of baggage is a minus. Neighbors noisey

Good communication with the host and good advices and recommendations received. Possibility of self check-in. I highly recommend it for those who choose Perugia for a few days!

It is dark and dingy, the beds are old and saggy, the bedding is mostly man-made fibres, towels are thin, the lighting in the apartment is harsh when on, many things could do with a refurbishment or updating.
