City Center - Casa del Pincetto

The location of the property was ideal and easy to get to. Instructions to obtain the key were precise.

The property was super cute and has a ton of potential, HOWEVER, it needs alot of TLC. The photos are deceiving. Lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen and the stove did not ignite. Had to go out and purchase a lighter to light the stove. The pillows were awful and the bed squeaked every time someone moved. Had to ask for extra pillows several times. Steam in shower did not function - was told they were waiting for a part. Lighting in shower was poor. The bathroom had a bit of a foul odor; not certain from what. The place needs a good cleaning - dirty/marked up walls in bathroom and bedroom. Also needs a bedside shelf on each side. Not quaint whatsoever. Needs some local decor.

Proximity to the historic Centre. Excellent bathroom with a large shower. Good heating. Comfortable bed.

The door lock for the accommodation was difficult to operate. The place was advertised as having a washing machine and ironing facilities but we could not find any of those.

The charming rustic interior really made the days spent feel warm and homely. The shower was in itself a delightful experience, as adding the sauna mode really enhances what would be usually a quick shower into a really relaxing and satisfying activity which you do not want to end! The house was extremely clean and well organised. Everything necessary for a short stay was completely available and accessible.

A minor detail, but having a washing machine on the premises if staying longer than three nights would be great. Regardless, I would still book again :)

Very helpful owners. Good position in terms of town centre. Bathroom was great. The whole place was very nice. Finished to a high standard. Could do with a couple more items in kitchen for cooking. Chopping board, sieve, tea towel a few more cooking utensils.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We appreciated the position and the fact that the style of the apartment was really interesting.

The high degree of humidity led to an unpleasant smell in the apartment and the windowsills were full of dust, spiderwebs and other residues that came inside from the streets.
