The kitchen sink if left with water in would flood the kitchen area. This happened twice overnight

Super spacious, super clean, well presented and in a good area adjacent to the old town. Nice and quiet and no problems sleeping. It's very hard to find any faults with this apartment. We had a very comfortable stay here and the balconies were a nice bonus. There is the addition of a lift for those wishing to avoid stairs. There is a beautiful park close by and plenty of shops, nearby, for essential supplies. Alex communicated well and even allowed us an early check-in. We would definitely stay in this apartment again during any future visit to Plovdiv.

"Fantastic apartment located very close to Plovdiv centre."

Very spacious apartment located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Plovdiv and the Old Town. Good views from both balconies. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Great value for money. If I return to Plovdiv, this will be my first choice for accommodation.
