Clean place, hot water, easy to deal with, massive bed in a big room.

Hot water pressure a bit low, quite far from lakeside main street.

Property was spotless, the best team ever I have met in any holiday I had in my life, locations is just the best, walking distance to everything we need, and the view we can see from the property is just a dream come true, you feel the snow and the mountains just next to us.

I had a very pleasant stay at POM’s Penthouse. The property itself is stunning. It is elegantly designed, modern, and incredibly comfortable. I stayed in a deluxe double room, which was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, complemented by luxurious linens, and the overall atmosphere was calm and serene, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my visit was the rooftop, where I enjoyed beautiful city views—an ideal spot to take in the surroundings and relax. The property was impeccably clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Its convenient location, close to the lake and nearby shops, made everything easily accessible. I would gladly recommend POM’s Penthouse to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

I really liked how beautifully the space is designed—clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms feel open and airy, and the views are definitely a highlight. Waking up to the scenery around Pokhara felt amazing. The location is another big plus. It’s close to everything in Lakeside but still quiet enough to relax. You can walk to cafés, the lake, and shops without dealing with noise or crowds. And honestly, the hospitality stood out the most. The hosts are friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcome. Their helpfulness made the stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s the combination of comfort, great location, and warm service that makes Poms Penthouse so likable.
