Квартира у самому центрі Полтави, чиста комфортна, поруч ресторани, кафе, театри, пам'ятники культури. Безконтактне заселення йдуть на зустріч і можуть за можливості підготувати квартиру раніше встановленого часу. Є пральна машина, гладильна дошка, фен, посуд все для комфортного проживання. Не перший раз орендуємо житло в цій компанії. Приємно коли заходиш в нове приміщення, а твій вай фай вже розпізнається) Є навіть гігієнічні набори, одноразові тапки ми оцінили ці деталі. У квартирі є окрема спальня з чудовим ліжком, чиста виглажена білизна і додаткові подушки і ковдри. Більярдний стіл у залі це взагалі топчик. Дуже задоволені. Дякуємо!

Балкон в квартире есть,но он закрыт на замок! Воды не было весь день,запах в ванной просто ужасный.Так как я курю,то выходил на улицу,потолок в подъезде между вторым и третим этажом очень низкий (Ходить лучше в каске) Камин не работает

Гарне розташування, було постоянно світло, в даний час це було важливо, чисто і комфортно.

Там опалення немає в одній кімнаті, кондиціонер в кухні вмикали, але в кімнаті холодно було. А в осінь і взимку потрібно щоб було опалення для комфортного відпочинку.
