Lage zum Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut . Leider liegt die FeWo an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße und nur 4 Parkplätze . Wir haben Hilfe benötigt für den Türcode.

Lautstärke durch Straßenverkehr und in unserem Alter vorhandene Parkplatzsituation. Wir hatten Glück .

Der komplette Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder , hätten wir die Kinder nicht dabei wären wir sofort abgereist.

Die Wohnung aber auch das komplette Haus waren völlig verdreckt . Fenster schienen schon Monate nicht geputzt. In und auf den Schränken dicke Staubschichten. Die Betten und Kopfkissen völlig verdreckt. So zog sich das durch die ganze Wohnung erst nachdem nach mehrmaligem telefonieren nochmal eine Reinigung erfolgte sind wir um der Kinder Willen eingezogen. Auf weitere Hinweise von erheblichen Mängeln wurde gar nicht reagiert. In der 1 km entfernten Rezeption waren nur Aushilfen (Studenten) die nichts für die Situation konnten.

"Geräumiges Apartment!"

Tolle Lage! Park ist gegenüber. Der See ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Unkomplizierter digitaler Check-In mit Tür Code. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus. Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit bunten Tapeten. Große Küche und Bad. Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und Waschmaschine. In der Küche ist eine Qbo Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln vorhanden! Auch ausreichendes Spülmittel, Tabs und Geschirrtücher sind vorhanden. Ein großer Kühlschrank und ein vier Gefrierfächer sind vorhanden. Auch eine Terrasse. Haben wir auf Grund des starken Verkehrs nicht benutzt.

Das Apartment liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Dadurch kann man nachts nur bedingt lüften. Fliegengitter sind nur teilweise vorhanden. Zwei Tassen und teilweise Besteck war nicht gespült.
