"cheap, small & dirty student-like one bedroom property"

relatively comfortable bed & good location with close by shops & takeaway food options.

not clean, very small, mould in shower, broken shower handle & door fell off on me whilst in shower. very cold unless using loud little heater. one thin towel per person. entrance to building dirty & in bad condition. thin curtains too which let in a lot of the light from the street. also got splinters from the wooden floors.

The hostess kept in touch via SMS and was very responsive, she met us upon arrival and provided us with the keys. I loved its central location within walking distance to nearby Stary Browar. It was quiet at night and the bathroom was very spacious. We didn't use the kitchenette but it seemed to have all you need.

The shower door was coming off so it could do with a renovated shower, including the taps. Perhaps an AC would help during the hot summer days as well since at night it can get noisy if you open the windows.
