"Good"

Owner was really nice, when there was an issue he was able to resolve it.

Smelled fine but not the cleanest, small stains on random furniture and towels

The heaters didnt work, it was cold at night and we couldnt get the heat working.

"good cheap stay"

it was a nice place to rest and cook our own meals, quiet location and attentive service.

its a bit damp to dry our clothes, also some electrodomestics aren’t in best conditions, but we got through.

"Very poor accomodation in Rapallo"

Conveniently located in a quiet area of Rapallo.

Floors were dirty. The microwave oven doesn’t work. Electric wiring is scary. The bathroom tap is flimsy and sticks to the sink through a huge blob of silicone. Furniture is extremely poor. Getting into the apartment was challenging: the maid did not answer the phone and never showed up; luckily there was a key box but the owner for some reason was reluctant to provide the code and insisted that we should wait for the maid. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this place.
