Everything was great. From beginning until the end. :) Our workers who have stayed here were really happy and enjoyed their stay. We will certainly come back!

Louise's service was excellent (5 stars), very responsive and she even came over on the first night to check when the heater wasn't working and also send for the plumbers promptly when there was a drainage issue. The location is convenient and also quiet, except that we stayed on the lower level and sometimes the neighbour upstairs can be noisy or stomping their feet around. The house has all the equipment one needs for cooking and doing laundry, it even has plenty of coffee and tea.

The cleaning wasn't done very well when we first checked in, it was dusty and there were dirty towels left behind not cleared. My husband had to vacuum the place all over again but it was nice that they have the vacuum and other cleaning materials for us to use. I thought we booked for two weeks and they would provide extra towels but they didn't. I recommend to consider leaving extra towels for guests who stay more than a week. The bed wasn't too comfortable, can feel the spring and it was saggy.

The host was very responsive and helped resolve any issues very quickly
