You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property may offer flexible check-in and check-out times, depending on availability. Otherwise the standard check-in and check-out times apply. A late check-out is strictly by prior arrangement. The property will contact guests with a secure online booking form prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the booking form and send it back to the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Lost keys will incur a charge from GBP 50 for a replacement or a call out charge. All staying Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used upon check-in. Please note a credit card authorization form is required for all payment.
