PUBYLAND ROOMS & APARTMENTS

The location was ideal for transit and suited our southbound travel really well. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh.

The property feels more oriented toward summer visitors, and the apartment seemed like it hadn’t been used for some time, as a few areas felt a bit neglected and renovations were underway in the building (fortunately not noisy or disruptive). There was no bathroom soap and only a small amount of dishwashing liquid, which worked for us but didn’t make a great impression. Falling asleep was a bit hard because of a bright outdoor light shining into the bedroom regardless of the blinds. Also, apartment 2 is located separately from apartments 1 and 3, so clearer signage or more intuitive numbering would be helpful. This unit might also be less practical when the property is running at full capacity, as its entrance opens almost directly into the shared kitchen/dining area.
