A casa é grande e tem muito potencial. Os senhores foram simpáticos e rápidos a responder às questões colocadas. Serviu para o efeito: tomar banho (a casa de banho é grande e está em bom estado) e dormir...

A infraestrutura da casa está mal tratada: estava pouco limpa (na arca frigorifica havia restos, no armário da panela (só havia um tacho grande com uma mini tampa) estava cheio de migalhas, a toalha de mesa estava com nódoas (estava usada) os lençois estavam amarrotados (apesar de não cheirarem mal, não estavam engomados), havia várias madeiras descoladas... E em todo o edificio há rachas, ferrugem e calcário por todo o lado, inclusive o portão da garagem não fecha!!
