The property is very centrally located near shops and even a petrol station. The unit and all common areas were immaculately clean Free parking was very important to us nice backyard Comfortable bed friendly and ever helpful host There are many walking trails near the property

Toilet was too small Shower was too small But those are just minor things

The apartment is very clean, well-equipped. Wonderful view. Very good Wifi signal. The biggest advantage for skiers is the fantastic location! skiing from route 80 right to the house! After skiing, you can go for some duty- free shopping or go to the sauna, which is in this building. You can order fresh bread from the host. highly recommend it and I hope to come back there again. <3

This apartment was perfect for me, my husband, and our small dog. It is in the center of the town, surrounded by beautiful mountains. We were in the apartment/studio on the first floor. It was easy to let our dog out, but please supervise your dog and be careful and respectful of the owner's fruit plants that he is growing. There is a table and chair in the backyard. The room itself was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied (except bring your own seasoning, also no oven, just a stovetop). There were plenty of towels and toilet paper in the bathroom (bring your own essentials like soap and shampoo). The owner, Karl, does not speak English well, but there was a lady he called who spoke English and was able to translate for us. Otherwise, you can use the Google translation app as wifi is provided in the lobby. They were both very friendly. You can easily walk around town from this accomodation. Free parking is included and there is plenty of space to park. Definitely recommend (I also recommended this guesthouse to a friend who is visiting Samnaun soon), and I would stay here again in the future during ski season. Remember to ask him for the Samnaun/Ishgl guest card (I'm not sure if this a summer card only) because it provides free access to the bergbahnen (gondolas), ski lifts, and a spa nearby (includes free access to swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room...sauna is 5). We used the guest card every day and it saved us money!

Nothing to dislike.

Karl was an excellent host and very accommodating. Loved the location, especially with a dog. Excellent location to start hikes out the door, very comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom arrangement. Loved the included Bergbahnen with the Guestcard.

A few more glasses would have been convenient and some starting Nespresso capsules. Could think about having a few more condiments around if allowed.
