"Bell'alloggio ma dormito niente."

Molto buona la posizione e l'alloggio ben strutturato, accessibile in ascensore. Praticamente al centro tra Ariston e piazza Bresca. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla nostra spiaggia. Vicino ai porti. Sicuramente una chicca. Letto matrimoniale e divano letto singolo entrambi comodi. Il gestore Fulvio è stato molto attivo a risolvere i nostri problemi. Lo ringrazio vivamente.

In anzi tutto il rumore dovuto al solaio del piano di sopra intollerabile!! tutta la notte mi ha rovinato la vacanza. Non imputabile al gestore ma sicuramente da risolvere. I rumori della strada a Sanremo si devono mettere in conto ma non sono così forti. Le finestre vanno abbastanza ad attutire. L'acqua calda impiega un secolo ad arrivare ovviamente con impianti vecchi .... Le stanze degli appartamenti vicini non sono per niente insonorizzate. Come averli in casa.

"Ottima posizione centrale , un po meno il citofono..."

Posizione molto centrale

l'apertura automatica del portone suonando il nostro campanello: gli altri condomini sapendo dell' apertura del portone sfruttavano la cosa suonando alle 5, alle 6 , alle 6.30 del mattino
