Good view - but could simply drive up hill to get this. Unless planning on sitting in balcony for your stay - would suggest elsewhere

Dirty Everything felt unclean Kitchen cupboards full of mismatched and broken crockery - mostly dirty - had to wash everything before use. No tea towel to dry anything - no dishwasher. Clearly nothing was checked and cleaned between guests. Balcony was dirty and random items - felt like someone’s storage area! Toilet seat broken off and kept in linen basket - unbelievable! Reported immediately to agent who agreed to fix next day. Had to contact again the following evening after 7.30pm to request again - he came and fixed seat but complained about how busy he is and how many properties he manages. He should tell his boss he can’t handle his responsibility rather than tell his clients. A disappointing stay - misrepresented in website - even the address is inaccurate - it is 67 not 63. See my accurate pics of how it looks now. Maybe it was nice once but is run down and badly needs a deep clean and much better management. No information provided in apartment regarding wifi or washing machine etc. Ramon - the agent - claimed this had been removed by previous guests. If this was the case - the cleaner should have replaced it when they were checking for next guest. Not clear if gleaned or checked at all between visitors. We covered the pillows in our own clothing as bedding did not look clean. Not luxury as advertised!

The customer service from the rental agency was terrible. We arrived in Sanremo during a horrible storm and the visibility on the road was virtually nil. We could not find the property that is located in a tricky area to reach, especially in those conditions. We called the agency for help and they were totally unhelpful and rude to us, saying that it was not their problem if we could not find the apartment - they had sent us a Google maps screenshot and that was it. They basically told us that we were idiots and it was not their problem if we got lost, no matter the unusually bad weather conditions...

Nice view to western Sanremo and the sea from windows and the balcony. Quiet sufficient equipment in the kitchen for a few great days on the Riviera of Flowers. Comfy bed for two persons. Important to have AC in both rooms.

An electric kettle would be good. The washing machine is tricky to use due to a constant error after every washing process. In order to avoid a dispute with the residents (landlady?) from the beginning, it should be stated that the pool may only be used with swimming caps. Then we could have bought some beforehand. Diving (not jumping) is also not allowed. Very unfortunate and impossible to explain to the children and us. Couch as a third sleeping option is sufficiently comfortable but squeaks very loudly.

The view was wonderful! The Appartement was small but cozy. The bath is not too small and the kitchen was fully functioning. It was the perfect space for 2 people.

We only had one roll of toilet paper for a 6 day stay and no trashbags. We had to go buy those. The duvet was really thin and it was not enough for the days we were there (it was a little colder). And we had no handsoap for the bathroom, so we just used the dishwashing soap. In my opinion, this things should be included.

Modern apartment with beautiful view and easy parking.

There is a LOT to improve when it comes to service! We had a challenging stay at this apartment because of a number of reasons - 1. On the day of the check in we were informed that our apartment will not be ready on time. Already the usual check in time set by the owner is 4pm which is something that we have never seen with any hotel/ apartment. On top of that they informed us at 1.30 that the apartment will not be ready on time because they are late in cleaning the apartment. We had to stay outside for over an hour and finally got the apartment after 5pm. It seems Ridiculous to have paid for a night and have the apartment for just a few hours! 2. Checking in was a disaster since the owner did not send us the instructions beforehand on which one was our apartment and how to access the keys. We went inside and had no idea which floor, which door etc. We called the owner and they said they forgot to send a video showing us the instructions!!! The owner sent it immediately but that video did not download so we had to call him again - finally we got into the apartment after further delay and more phone calls!!! 3. To our surprise the apartment had not been cleaned properly (this was after they delayed check-in saying that they were late in cleaning the apartment)!!! We found shoe stains on the floor, food crumbs on the chairs and hair in the toilet sink!!! 4. And finally, after all these challenges, we found out that there were no toiletries in the bathroom (the description clearly says 'free toiletries'). Imagine having gone through all the problems of getting into the apartment and not finding even soap in the bathroom to wash your hands in a 'luxury suite'!!!! We had to buy our own soap etc the next day from the supermarket which is a drive to the town center. Considering that we were given the apartment late by an hour, we asked whether we can check out an hour later (11am instead of 10am) to which we were promptly told no!!!!
