1. The host was very informative with relevant messages sent in time through Booking.com. She was kind enough to receive us at the check-in area and explained the things around the resort. Her caretaker helped us check-in and was also available during check-out time. 2. The condo was aesthetically designed, with adequate amenities. Kitchen was well equipped with relevant utensils and appliances. 3. Rooms were spacious, comfortable with clean linen. 4. The overall feel of the unit was homely, with a nice view of the lake-side area covered with lush green surroundings.

The following points should not be taken against the property. That was excellent and worth the money. These points are for the Pico de Loro resort. I am elaborating since they are not available in the fine print and people should be aware that they will be paying up for each activity they do there. 1. The parking was not available at the site as some construction is going on. Actually, construction is going on in the entire resort area, which causes some inconvenience. I had to park a little off in the open/elevated parking area. 2. However, the biggest drawback of the entire process is the fine print. The property, Pico de Loro, charges for everything. There is a registration fee, which is steep for the services provided. At the beach, they don't provide you with towels, available for rental, water sports, yes understandably are also charged per sport. At the pool, again the towels are available for rental. It was quite crowded, being a weekend. 3. Lastly, the food. It was absolutely not up to the mark. Limited options at the beach restaurant, limited options at the hotel restaurants. And the biggest let-down was the breakfast buffet!

super comfy place for a family

This is a lovely holiday home. It’s thoughtfully decorated and furnished with everything you’d need during your stay, including in particular, drinking water so you won’t need to think about that. The place is spotless and the linen are of good quality. The hosts are warm and accommodating. The whole area (Pico country club) is beautiful, clean, and safe.

Nothing about the property itself. If anything, (perhaps I missed it from the listing?) it’d help to state more clearly that additional (minimal) fees would need to be paid to use the club’s facilities. I was familiar with this requirement before booking but maybe not everyone would be.

My family and I have been to pico Sands Hotel for soooo many times. This was our 1st time to stay in a condo, just so to experience its vibes. At first, I was hesitant to book a condo, but when I saw Ms. Cynthia's property I did not have any doubts, I immediately secured her property. When we got there, Ma'am Cha was with us to accompany and assist us in checking in. I thought it would be difficult to transact at the country club (because we used to always check in the picosands hotel), but it went well. After which, we headed to the condo, available covered parking for 1 guest car only then another car can park nearby the condo. Then, when we got inside, it was a beautiful, clean, very homey vibe with complete setup, from pantry with utensils, cookware, up to the condiments, Ma'am cha even gave us a complimentary snacks, starbucks coffee pods and a souvenir notebook. 😊 (super thoughtful!) 👌 The rooms were also clean, hotel-like beddings and piilows with tv and working area. The bathroom on the upper floor was complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, fresh towels, and a hair blower! Oh, did I say there was also complimentary lotion perfect for after bath. The whole bedroom, living room, veranda, patio, and full kitchen were perfect for the whole family.
