We went there in end of September. Room was spacious, but there didn't have any fan or air conditioning in the bedrooms, luckily the weather was fresh at night during our stay. Overall, it was pleasant and the host were kind.

It is close to the waterfront, has garage parking, and the apartment is a nice size. Also, it was clean.

First, the address provided was not precise. We found the general area and then a local sent us down the block to another block where the building was. My GPS showed a completely different address than the one provided. Then we had to get into the garage, which required someone going into the apartment, down some stairs, and opening the garage from the inside. This would have been a real challenge with just one person because you would have to leave your car parked in the drive blocking others until the garage was opened. Once in the apartment, there is no welcome book or instructions. But in two places there is a lucite-framed notice about check-in/check-out times. There is also no ac, no heat, no fans. It was muggy when we were there. The only way to cool the place was to open windows and patio doors, which let in street noise and bugs. There were no instructions on how to use the TV. I tried, but no dice. The beds give new definition to the word "firm" in terms of mattress softness. Almost board-like. Then the noise--noise from other apartments was fairly loyd and you could hear street noise. It all calmed down around 10 pm. But then at around 4 am, the street party started. There were lots of people and loyd music with a driving beat that went on for about an hour. It was unreal--and with the windows open to keep the place cool, no way to dampen it. Finally, the personal touches were minimal. Plenty of linens, a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap in the bathrooms, a stack of paper towels, some dishes, and some packs of jelly. No detergent for a load of laundry, no coffee, no shampoo, no art. Sparse The apartment is nice-sized as noted. But there is no a/c, no heater, no fans. It was muggy when we were there. The only way to get air at all

Well located, super clean and well appointed. The host (remotely) was really helpful and sent clear instructions with photos of how to get in. The parking space beneath was really beneficial. The apartment was great and had everything we needed, and more. Fantastic value for money.

There was nothing to dislike.
