Amazing location - very central to everything and felt safe. Beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed. Very convenient that the room had a washer and dryer.

Bathroom specifically wasn't very clean. When we booked for three people and saw it slept four, I didn't realize we'd be giving up the sofa for a bed. So seating was limited to the chairs at the table or the sofabed which we kept pulled out.

Breakfast was not included in our booking so cannot comment,location was very convenient between Via Roma and the Quattro Canti yet very quiet as at rear of building so handy for transport links from and to airport either by bus or train.Comfortable and nicely furnished apartment,perfect for a couple of nights in Palermo.

Was advertised as having a television but unless you speak Italian it is no use.We were disappointed as we wanted to watch the Queen's Funeral but neither Luigi or Andrea could get any English channels or the BBC.There was quite a bad smell in the internal toilet don't know if there is a drain issue as their was building work in the building,also only 1 toilet roll provided,not sufficient for a 3 day stay.

A perfect location, everything is within minutes walk. They have a car parking under the building for 15 EUR / day. Everything was very clean. Shower is a bit small but considering the space they did the best possible. Would book it again next time in Palermo.
