Great location, big apartment. Very clean.

The location was excellent - a quiet street just a few minutes from all attractions. The layout of the apartment was great, big bedrooms and 2x bathrooms. Perfect for a mother and daughter vacation. The hosts were available whenever we needed them and also offered us advice on what to see and do. A restful place to relax in after a busy day in the city.

Good location. Very quiet. close to bus stop, restaurants and local shops.

The apartment is well situated, and the hosts allowed us early check-in.

The apartment was very cold, and when we asked to do something about it the unhelpful reply was that the heat is set to the temperature "required by law". Also, cleanliness was not too great.

We enjoyed our stay in this large apartment, quiet and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were nice, the kitchen well equipped. The location is exceptional, you can do a lot walking

Everything. Well located, nice and big, good facilities - well equipped kitchen and good quality bathroom fittings. Also comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Clean sheets and good quality towels.

I feel that I hit the jackpot when choosing this property. The location was perfect for walking all over Palmero. We quickly found a favorite restaurant and a corner bar. The property was spotless and comfortable and bonus, very spacious. It even has a covered back porch with furniture and a washer and drying rack.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I will stay again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Our family of 6 felt very comfortable there. I liked the balconies, and the location was very walkable to everything

This was a nice apartment in a good location. It was close to restaurants and coffee shops. We could walk all over the city, and it was close to the place where you pick up the hop on/hop off bus. The bed was comfortable, and there was a washing machine, which was great.

The map on booking showing where property was located did not correlate with the address listed. It was a few blocks off. This should be corrected. The host did not meet us at the property as stated in the information. Instead we had to call 3 times and then we were buzzed in the main door and told to get keys from a lock box. We were given information for a unit on the wrong floor of the building. It took quite a while on the phone to figure that out. Then the host contacted me through booking multiple times over the days we were there, requesting documents. I kept sending them and could see there were attached jpeg files, but I kept being asked to send them again. It was even suggested that I send them through personal email or WhatsApp, rather than the booking platform, which I was not comfortable with. It was disruptive to the vacation to be repeatedly bothered. Communication from host regarding this was terse and unfriendly.
