A perfect apartment in Palermo, where you feel like you're staying at a friend's home. The apartment is an excellent example of interior design and use of space. Very comfortable bed. Luis, the owner, is the most responsive and helpful host we've ever encountered. We'd definitely stay here again.

To say that this apartment was nice would be an understatement. It is a truly exceptional place, full of soul and character. We have never stayed in such a beautiful apartment before, and we would absolutely love to come back — we felt amazing there. We felt truly cared for, and Luis was a wonderful host who gave us great recommendations for exploring the island. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need — it even has a first aid kit with essentials, as well as all kinds of kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine, a dryer and even an umbrella and also sewing kit provided. We have never encountered a short-term rental finished with such high-quality materials — not the cheap, mass-produced furnishings you find in most places. Despite not being very large in size, the apartment feels incredibly spacious — it felt like a private 50 m² home. The beautiful design and high ceilings make a huge difference. The apartment is located in a renovated building with a private street entrance, and free street parking available. This place is perfect for couples who value privacy and a romantic atmosphere. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place — it’s a real hidden gem.

Sehr gute Lage, um das Auto kostenfrei!!! zu parken. Zu Fuß in 20 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Das Appartement ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und durchdacht. Der Gastgeber ist großartig und unterstützt, wo er kann. Wir kommen wieder!

Luis is exceptionally thoughtful from the moment you book. His communication is excellent. We arrived & a parking space had been saved for us right outside the door which was so appreciated. You enter the apartment & it takes your breath away. It is truly stunning, spotlessly clean, peaceful, has been designed with flare and thoughtfully fitted out with everything you will need. The bed is lovely with high quality linen, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a huge shower with lots of towels etc. laundry facilities a couple of TV’s with Netflix etc. big comfy sofa, all the home comforts. Then Luis anticipated how to make it more special, champagne in the fridge, bread and milk, coffee etc so we didn’t need to worry about getting to the shops as soon as we awoke. Recommendations for wonderful restaurants and things to do. We travelled with our dog & Luis even placed food bowls down & a dog bed (which our dog favoured over his own travel bed). We travel a lot. I would place this accommodation in the 1% club. It’s what we always look for but most fall short. If you stay, I would be very shocked if you are anything other than delighted. Luis is a kind and very thoughtful host who takes great pride and care in ensuring your stay is nothing short of perfect.

Everything was perfect during our stay in Zisa suites. We booked this appartment to travel all around the region of Palermo. It was such a good emplacement, close to the city center and easily accessible by car. The appartment, located in a calm street, is absolutely beautifull and modern, décorated with a lot of taste. We have been warmly welcomed by Luìs, the owner of this place. Let me tell you you can’t be in better hands to stay in Palermo. He takes time to visit the appartment with us and give us a lot of recommandations about the things to do and see in the city. He insure frequently that everything is perfect during your stay and ponctuate by little attentions. In a word GO without any hesitation, you wont regret it !

It's a beautiful designed and functional apartment for a couple that would appreciate elegance and comfort a la italienne.

The apartment is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into every detail. It was very clean, well organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a complete kitchen, towels, and thoughtful welcome items like snacks and breakfast essentials. The layout worked perfectly for our family, and the location made arrival and unloading very easy. The host was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and in constant communication, even saving us a parking spot and checking in to make sure our stay was going well.

È sempre un piacere ritornare in questo splendido appartamento. Zisa Suite è dotata di ogni comfort e rispecchia pienamente ciò che cerco durante un soggiorno: ambienti curati, pulizia impeccabile e una comodità assoluta. La posizione è ideale: a pochi passi dai Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa e a soli 15–20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile per godersi Palermo in tutta serenità. Un ringraziamento speciale a Luis: la sua ospitalità, la sua disponibilità e i suoi preziosi consigli rendono ogni permanenza ancora più piacevole. Ci si sente davvero come a casa. Consiglio vivamente questa suite, per chi cerca un alloggio confortevole, moderno e ben collegato. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, wifi veloce, parcheggio gratuito su strada, arredi nuovi e una tranquillità che permette di riposare bene dopo una giornata in città. Tornerò sicuramente!
