Nie dzialal klimatyzator. Wlasciciel ostrzegl, ze sie zepsuł i bedzie wymieniony. W polowie lutego bylo trochę chłodno w mieszkaniu bez możliwości dogrzania.

Zona molto comoda. Stanze ampie e pulitissime. Proprietario molto disponibile.

Ottima posizione per visitare le attrazioni più importanti di Palermo, appartamento nuovo ristrutturato di recente confortevole

l'appartamento si trova nel centro storico in un palazzo in corso di ristrutturazione, pertanto andrebbe segnalato che le scale per l'accesso all'appartamento, che si trova al secondo piano, sono in fase di ristrutturazione oltre che strette e quindi poco adatte a persone anziane o a bambini molto piccoli.

Very clean and spacious apartment on a quiet street just off the main street which has many restaurants and shops to explore. Our host was very friendly and attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Functional. Very clean. Good location, walking distance to most sights. Host responsive, he quickly remotely raised the hot water temperature when it ran out when I washed my hair.

I found the apartment far too noisy, there is no soundproofing, you can hear snoring from the next apartment and there is also what sounded like a lift/motor in the next building going on and off throughout the night. The apartment is up 2 long flights of fairly narrow stairs, I would have found these difficult if I’d had luggage. Toiletries are not provided. The owner also gave my phone number to the cleaner, who locked his keys in the foyer. I don't know why, he didn't need them to get in as the owner messaged me & I opened the door. The cleaner then sent me messages to invite me to the restaurant he worked in and to let him know if there was anything he could do for me. I was staying on my own! I have updated this review as I found the response below from the owner shocking. Booking.com simply forwarded my complaint directly to the owner & didn't seem to even read it, they told me I could write a review!!!. Please see other reviews for similar themes & make up your own mind.
