La ubicación y limpieza.

Las camas secundarias no tenían un colchón cómodo, era como una gomaespuma incómoda en la que era muy difícil dormir.... fuimos 4 amigas y la verdad mal en este sentido decepcionante.

The shower head doesn’t stay on

We traveled with my boyfriend and chose this place based on the beautiful pictures, but they did not reflect reality. The property is in need of renovation. The paint is peeling off the walls, the furniture and decorations are damaged. Our apartment was on the ground floor, meaning the doors from both rooms opened directly onto a narrow sidewalk, there are no other windows. The apparemment was very humid, and opening the doors for ventilation compromised our privacy. The soundproofing was terrible; we could hear every step from the guests above us, and at times, it felt like the ceiling might collapse. While the apartment was fairly clean, there was sand on the floor, one of the lamps didn’t work, and the kettle was broken. I informed the management company, and they called me at least ten times the next day during our boat tour just to replace it, which was extremely inconvenient. Overall, the service was quite intrusive. Even during the check-in process, we received a flood of messages. And on the morning of checkout, cleaning staff knocked on our door before checkout.
