City Garden Studio

The apartment is 3 mins walk from Tsar Simeon park where there are singing fountains on Friday and Saturday evening. There is a washing line outside, we were able to hand wash some clothes and hang out overnight in the garden and they were dry in the morning. An iron and ironing board was provided as well, which was perfect. A washing machine is available as well. The host was very responsive to messages. The parking is in the street and the host moved their car to allow us to park. WiFi code available on the wall. 25 mins walk to the old town. The host speaks great English.

The air-conditioning does work but we would have liked to be colder. We were greatful.to cool down a bit as outside temperatures were 37 degrees.

The apartment was as it seems at the photographs, a nice cozy place with a double bed and a sofa bed. A small kitchen next room with a small fridge and a washing machine. Nice spacious clean bathroom. The apartment even has its own backyard equipped with a table, four chairs and a bench. Very good WiFi signal. The owner is very polite and helpful. There are free parking spaces outside the apartment. Very close to the Czar Simeon's park, city centre and generally all the main attractions of the city. A quiet place ideal for a family with small children. Overall it was a very nice and pleasant stay in Plovdiv.

I couldn't find anything to dislike.

The apartmant is on a great location. It's 10-15min walk and it's near the park. The hosts were great and helpful. There is also free public parking in front of the apartment. We stayed one night and we had everything that we need for that.

Nice place, spacious and well equipped. Great comms with the owners. We had a pleasant stay, thank you!

Great location

We didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t immediately park the long car, parking took time, but in the end we found a convenient place.

The location of the studio is excellent,within 5' min walk from the centre of the city.Quite big and comfortable for a four even five member family,clean and with an easy free parking space around the place.Hot water all day and a small backyard available too✌️

Unfortunately,there was some kind of technical issue in the bathroom and there was an inconvenient smell around all the time 🥺I hope it is fixed as soon as possible.. Extra friendly suggestion:a microwave would be really handy for families in the studio 😊
