City Garden Studio

The location is great! Quiet street next to the city garden. There are some really beautiful finishes in the interior.

The apartment is in the owners basement. The owner took the table from the "private back yard" that was for "the guests use only" and surprisingly at the same night there was a party at his place upstairs. Noisy, disrespectful for me and my 1 year-old. On top there wasn't any mattress for the baby crib, owner asked if it was okay for us to put some blankets instead. Luckily he noticed my anger and found a real mattress. Anyway there wasn't any towel for the baby.

it’s incredibly close to everything, just a 20 minute work to the center. the place is quaint and cozy. the water pressure is amazing as well, which is very important during these cold times

it took us a while to find the place. maybe the owners will change the pin point as it was sending us near 4B.

Martin is a great host & communication was good The apartment is small but well equipped & the outside space was a bonus. The proximity to the center is very good, approximately 10 minute walk via the park and singing fountains. There is free parking outside on the street & if that is full, additionally there is an area further up.

Some of the walls would benefit from a lick of paint. Some hooks to hang clothes on the back of the bathroom door would be useful or a shelf to place clean clothes for when you've finished showering. A shelf above sink for toiletries. Just minor niggles and they didn't detract from a great stay in Plovdiv.
