"Tastefully decorated apartment near old town Plovdiv"

A beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment near old town Plovdiv. There is a lot of attention to detail, such as blockout curtains and blinds in the bedroom. The amenities such as Netflix and the kitchen utensils are a plus. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment close to old town Plovdiv. You can see the town from the front balcony. Great communication before and during our stay. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and shower. Loads of hot water Apartment had everything you need for one night or several weeks. Spotlessly clean

"The 3 hour checkout ruined the stay and onward journey. We would not recommend this place."

We arranged a checkout time with the owner and it then took us 3 hours to check out!!! We couldn't leave as the owner had our cash deposit and there was no way we could lock and leave keys, which she was aware of. We had two young kids in the car and our long onward journey was delayed by 3 hours. The owner kept saying someone would arrive and didn't and then someone came on her behalf without our deposit and we had to wait a longer time for her. We were not compensated for this at all. This is unacceptable for travellers - you'd have to have missed your flight if you were flying or forgone 50% of the booking fee. I would not recommend this place.
