Mieszkanie czyste, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W środku cicho i spokojnie chociaż za oknem widać budowę. Bardzo dużym plusem jest taras przed mieszkaniem i możliwość skorzystania z podziemnego garażu.

Przydałoby się naprawić niektóre drobne elementy zwłaszcza w kuchni.

"В ванной комнате хотелось бы шторку, чтоб вода не разбрызгивалась на пол."

Квартира чистая, просторная, хорошее расположение( в пешей доступности магазины, трамвайная и автобусная остановки). Арендатор быстро отвечает. Удобный отбор ключа. Очень рекомендую.

Lokalizacja dobra, wokół dużo sklepów i restauracji. Dużym plusem jest parking podziemny, choć dodatkowo płatny. mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy.
