Apartment was clean

- the host didn't want to prepare a separate bed, it became possible only with the help of Booking support - headache with getting keys on another address, the host should learn about mini safe for keys which is widely used everywhere - I didn't get clear check in instructions well beforehand, I had to text and call the host for that - for this price there should be washing machine and a microwave, I don't understand why they don't have a microwave in such a nice and modern kitchen
