Balzico House

Os responsáveis pelo imóvel são muito simpáticos e até criaram um grupo no whatsapp para melhor comunicação. O apartamento em si, tem instalações novas, televisão na sala e no quarto e banheiro reformado. A localização é boa, perto da estação de trem, próximo a restaurantes e lojas, e da marina.

O apartamento é no subsolo, e por conta de ser bem próximo a rua tem bastante barulho. Por fim, as roupas de cama estavam com cheiro de guardado, o que causou uma certa alergia.

Dopala mi se lokacija apartmana i to što u apartmanu ima aparat za kafu.

Nije mi se dopalo to što ima vlage u apartmanu, zagušljiv vazduh u prostorijama, takođe nije mi se dopalo to što apartman nije bio lepo očišćen, našli smo kod kreveta opuške od cigareta. Takođe veliki minus što nema terasa i što je apartman u suterenu.

We really liked the apartment and its location, everything was clean and just as in the pictures

Unfortunately the internet and connection was kinda bad and working very slow

Location between port and station. Keyless entry. Very clean. The owner was super helpful, even tried to find a way to get my son to Naples early morning as trains and buses not an option.

Wi fi very sporadic. As all our travel depended on it, it was super important to us.

Great location, clean, excellent for 2 , very comfortable bed, easy access , close to the train/bus station, close to the historic center, supermarket, port, all walking distance.

Very humid, air conditioned helped.

Very clean apartment. Had all appliances, hair dryer, coffee maker... Also close to the train station. The owner was available for all our questions and responded quickly.

The sofa bed wasn't that comfortable and the tiles were cold to walk on so if you are staying here I recommend making sure you bring slippers.
