La posizione della struttura era ottima, con affaccio direttamente sul mare. I letti erano comodi. I sanitari erano solidi e di qualità, anche se vecchi.

La colazione era a buffet in camera ed era sufficientemente varia. Il caffè tuttavia era di qualità pessima e la macchinetta a cialde non funzionava a dovere (mancanza di acqua calda). La pulizia non era ottimale (presenza di polvere) e la struttura era piuttosto datata. Il bagno è mal strutturato: mancano finestre o balconi, e il passaggio tra la doccia e la parete è eccessivamente stretto.

Friendly owner, check-in was early, made concessions, was friendly, organized a transfer to the airport. Thanks. Breakfast was organized, nice. View from the balcony, wonderful.

Soundproofing Very thin walls, it feels like you have neighbors living with you. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is uncomfortable, shower is small and covered in limescale. Is no TV, kettle, stove.

They not washed bed duved. All is smell so bad. In flat silver bugs is runner.

The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The owner is very friendly;)

Location and apartment is nice, if the construction is over and air conditioned. The location is very good just in front of sea with the sea view. A lot of eating options, bakery etc. along with free street parking. Host helped us get the key in the night and he waited for us patiently. Very nice host.

Building was undergoing renovation. So there was no AC, and there were dummy table fans which weren't useful. Early morning construction workers came and so they forced us to close the window balcony etc. So we couldn't enjoy the sea view or air. It was a dungeon to sit inside and we had to get out asap.
