It is well taken care of and everyone was helpful.

The apartment location near Paseo de Montejo is ideal to access multiple points of interest as well as bars and restaurants. I stayed in 2 different apartments: a studio and a 1 bedroom (very large) that I greatly prefer. It's quite private, and Santos, the building manager, is a nice and helpful man.

The studio I rented first, is located on the terrace which overlooks the city. This is very beautiful, especially in the evenings. However, It is considerably hotter than the 1 BR I rented afterward. I would not recommend it to an older person.

No soap or hand towel in bathroom. No spare roll of tiolet paper so we ran out. Noisy water dripping 24/7 outside bedroom. Wrong apartment number sent to us made it difficult to find. Bed settee which we paid extra for was extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't get tv to work Not enough cups, bowls etc in kitchen No water supplied on arrival No mention in description that upstairs was up a tight spiral staircase. Very difficult to get up never-ending getting the luggage up

Good very comfortable bed, near to Paseo Montejo, location good. Kitchen, A/C and fan. Communication very good and problems sorted quickly. Although the location was good the actual street the apartment was on seemed very run down but seemed safe and the property was secure, gated and well lit. I felt comfortable in the apartment. I asked for extra cleaning materials to be supplied, ie. antibacterial spray, sweeping brush, bin bags. They were delivered very quickly.

A difficult external staircase to get a heavy suitcase up. I struggled after a long journey. Thankfully when I communicated that at the end of the stay Santos came and carried it down for me. I rented for 10 days. The bedding and towels were not changed during this time. The sheets and pillows could be better quality.

only think I didn’t like was the mirror in the bathroom to small I have to wear my glasses to do my shaving

A little more attention could have been paid to the cleaning of the freezer - however it wasn't that bad it was unusable and it wouldn't prevent me to stay again. I didn't feel it was too terrible I needed to notify the owner.
