The location was great.

The general cleanliness was poor & there was nowhere to put any of your belongings because bedroom cupboards were filled with owners things. We received a message on our first day saying if there was a burst water pipe, due to low temperatures, we would be liable for damages! (As a way of asking to keep heating running). A late check out was automatically offered in each correspondence, from a cut and paste message with a fee attached, but when I asked for only an extra half an hour, was told it wouldn’t be possible. The bedding / pillows were stained yellow and when I told the owner, had no response. The general value for money was low. We made the most of our stay, but having been to Sapporo now, there seem to be many better options.

Had all the facilities you would need for an extended stay. The bedrooms were small but nicely separated. Staff was quick to help when there was an issue

The washing machine had a leak upon arrival, staff were quick to send out a maintenance person but he did not 100% fix the issue. The location is also a bit far from the train station. The space is also significantly smaller than the pictures might lead you to belive.

The room is clean for the stay. A supermarket right in front of the apartment. Price wise, it is good.

Quite far from the train station, bus stops, as well as the subway. With luggages and/or small kids, it is a bit demanding. We used the taxis many times. (Taxi cost from the apartment to train station is about 1000yen one direction). The washing machine says that it can do drying, but it does dry well after 3 hours' program, even for very few clothes. One frying pan's anti-stick coating is already quite broken and should be changed. The washing products, including shampoo and the liquid dish cleaning products seemed to have a lot of water mixed with the products. Other similar products do not have this.

Surrounding of the apartment is quiet and there are convenience store and coin laundry available within walking distance.
