備品は一通りそろっている。

食器が汚れたまんま棚に収納されている。 浴室のシャワーを使用する際、水道管と壁の接続部分等から水が飛び出してくる。 スタッフの応対が、、とても残念。

基本的に綺麗だった

床が少しベタついていた シャワーが水漏れしていた

No traffic sounds - nice and quiet. Decor is warm and comfortable. View of a big river with greenery over a balcony. A pretty spacious apartment for a good price. Enjoyed the bath and gas stove. Next to a paid public parking area.

One of the beds was so short my feet stuck out. A big gacha game was in the bedroom area. It was in the way of opening the cupboard so I shoved it out onto the balcony. The sliding doors separating the two beds were all missing except for one. The balcony had a discarded door leaning against the wall and a pile of cigarettes. The pillows were tiny and the mattress stained. The sink was inside of the SHOWER! I had socks on and there were puddles in the shower so I had to go to the kitchen sink to wash my hands instead. When I asked where I could park, instead of mentioning the paid parking lot next door, they threatened to call the POLICE to tow my car. They only sent this message at midnight, 4 hours after my question. I couldn’t figure out the parking so I called the hotel (8:50 pm) and they sent a message saying they could not answer the phone. Thankfully, another couple with the same problem phoned *their* hotel and *they* picked up and *kindly* explained how it worked. So no, our car was not in the wrong parking space when we were threatened by police.

お部屋のお布団類なんですが、枕に白いカピカピのようなものがついており、バスタオルを巻いて枕を使用しました。 また、シーツ中央部に大きなシミのようなものがあったり、毛布の中に髪の毛が入ってたりと、掃除の際に確認して頂きたいなと思うようなところが多々ありました。 お風呂場の洗面所下の排水溝ですが、流れが悪く、水が長い間貯留してしまいました。

場所と景色は素晴らしいです

私たちは3週間日本中を旅してきました...ここは私たちが泊まった宿泊施設の中で最も高価で、最も無視されていた場所の1つでした。 3つ目のベッドは用意されていませんでした。浴室にカビが生えている。ホースは3年以上壊れています。コメントを参照してください。 ベッドリネンの清掃が不十分、またはまったく行われていません...簡単な対策を講じれば、素晴らしい宿泊場所になるはずなのに、残念です...

Location was good

It said ' two bedroom ' and one living room right? but actually there were only one bed and living room with no seperated part The third bed was on the floor with tofu bed in `the living room' I really don't think the room can be called ' two bedroom ' for this and also for the room key, we got only one key for 3 people, it was very inconvenient for us If I had known, this room got only one bedroom, I wound never decide to stay :(
