Everything was perfect, except of sofa in the living room. It was very uncomfortable for 2 people sleep there.

JP思ったより広く近くにお店があって不便があまりなかった。
あまり清潔な感じはしなかった

Wi-Fiの案内に記載されたIDが発見できなかった。結局該当のIDには接続できなかった 3人で予約したがタオルのセットが2人分しかなく持ってきてもらうのに3時間かかった。常駐の方がいないのが値段を安く運営するためだと思いますが問題点あった場合に対応に時間かかり過ぎると感じます。
JP・街中だったが駐車場が付いていたところ ・非対面チェックイン ・エアコンが付いていた
・トイレの床にシミがあったり、リビングの床が白かったり…気になってまずはテーブルの埃を指で確かめた ・アプリ上でどんな設備があるのか情報が不十分 ・食器はあったが、びしょびしょのまましまわれており、出した途端床がずぶ濡れ。しまってあった鍋は油がギトギトについたまま。 ・風呂のカビがひどい。洗面台に歯ブラシだけが乱雑に山積み。衛生面に不安があり、使わなかった。 寝るだけの施設としてはギリ我慢出来るが、かかった費用を考えると悔いが残る。
JP今回宿泊に関して部屋のパスワードのお知らせが来ないことや到着して様々なトラブルがあり外で一時間ほど待ったりもしたが、最終的に直接管理会社とやり取りした結果すごく丁寧に対応してくれたことや、迅速な行動を取ってくれたので満足しています！様々なアパートメントでやり方が違い要領も覚えたので、またこのアパートメントを利用したいです！とにかく綺麗で広くて過ごしやすかったです！

Actually far from sapporo station. Stayed 2 days but only one day cleaning service was offered. No new towel, no bedsheet changes even though two days cleaning fee was included. Also make reservation for 3ppl but pillow cover offered for only 2 ppl.
