The guest house has complete kitchen utilities, stove, oven and microwave. There is also washing mashing and Iron. Smart tv works well, and the air conditioner is efficient. Internal room is big enough and additionally has a big terrace above it. The host is really nice and cooperative. The best memory so far.

The stairs were a bit challenging to my mom.

The apartment was very well equipped. We had some washing to do and there was detergent, a clothes rack and an outside clothes line. There's even an iron if needed. The kitchen was great for cooking too.

It could have been a little cleaner.

We loved the private rooftop terrace

Would have been great to have a water kettle for instant coffee or a cup of tea in the morning.

Great location to explore Sassari and Sardinia (a few min walk from the train station). The place had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with Wi-Fi which was fixed super quickly by the host. Would definitely recommend!

A nice spacious and well equipped studio apartment in a central location. We could walk everywhere within 5-10 minutes. Great that there was a cooker/microwave/fridge and a washing machine to use. 😊 The included Italian breakfast (which you get a voucher for) was also very close to the apartment.

First impressions upon entering the building that the apartment is located in weren’t great. Thought we were in the wrong building at first as it felt fairly run down and derelict. Only other let down was the shower. It’s in need of a deep clean/the silicone replacing around the bottom of the inside where dark and light pink mould has started to build up (it’s leaking water out of the shower basin and onto the bathroom floor and also doesn’t look very nice!). The rail that the shower head is attached to is also loose/coming away from tiles and the shower head wouldn’t stay in position whilst showering which was pretty irritating 😑
