"Estancia cómoda y muy bien situada en Segovia."

Apartamentos reformados, bien decorados, con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Junto a la catedral, zona céntrica pero a la vez tranquila, sin ruidos. Tienen ascensor. La promotora que se encarga de la gestión te informa eficientemente de códigos a la llegada, pagos y cualquier duda que pueda surgir.

La ubicación

Hay una ventana en el salón (donde duermen personas en el sofá cama) que no tiene persiana. Entra toda la luz desde que amanece.

Estaba todo super limpio y ubicación perfecta, la propietaria super maja desde el primer momento y atenta a todo, el descanso es maravilloso y las vistas increíbles hacia la catedral.

Poca zona de aparcamiento cerca, aunque el primer día lo dejamos en un parking a 10 min a pie del apartamento, y luego el segundo al ser sábado y más de las 14:00h lo dejamos aparcado en zona verde, pero igual a unos 10-15 min a pie, pero la verdad que todo perfecto

"Buena ubicación, nefasto sofá cama"

Limpio, las camas normales estaban bien, cocina y baño también son óptimas. Ubicación inmejorable.

Alquilar este apartamento para más de 4 personas me parece completamente inadecuado. En mi caso éramos 5 personas y una niña de 5 años, y el sofá cama que es para dormir cuando hay más de 4 personas es horrible, necesita un cambio desde hace ya mucho tiempo. Se clavan las maderas en la espalda y la linea divisoria del sofá hace que sea completamente imposible dormir ahí. Si se va a alquilar para 4 personas, el apartamento es perfecto. Para más, NO.
