The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient for visiting the city.

The apartment was very disappointing and did not match the description. It is advertised with a “city” and “garden” view, but it is actually on the ground floor between two garages, with constant noise. There was also a continuous alarm-like sound during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness was a major issue: mould was present in multiple areas, the bathroom was not properly cleaned (hair in the shower, old shower curtain), and the fridge had a strong unpleasant smell. As someone with allergies, the mould caused my asthma to flare up. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which led to humidity spreading into the room. Opening the window was not possible due to car fumes from the garage and mosquitoes entering (no screen). Air conditioning completely full of dust unable to be used properly as your eyes were burning. Additionally, there were not enough towels for two guests, especially as we were not a couple and did not want to share. Overall, very poor value for money considering the price paid. Unable to have property changed and we couldn’t find anything else better as all the places were busy because of the Copa del Rey and the starts of Feria.

La ubicación, algo justito para 4 adultos, pero práctico.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Séville. Proche du quartier Santa Cruz. Embarras du choix pour manger. La gare des bus à côté permet de choisir ce mode de transport pour aller visiter d’autres villes.

Rien en terme d’accueil : pas d’eau ni de gel douche ou shampooing ni Cafu ou thé. L’électricité est à revoir. Beaucoup de prises ne fonctionnent pas notamment celle de la salle de bain.

The location is perfect, close to Plaza España, and a 20min walk to the Cathedral. Shuttle bus stop from and to the airport is just a 3min walk from the apartment, and there is a bus station nearby where you can use the lockers to store your luggage. In the apartment you have everything you need for a long stay, a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.

The kitchen and bathroom are a bit outdated and should be replaced and cleaned better. There is a cigarette smell throughout the apartment, so if you are not a smoker you will not like that.

Spacious. Very good location. Walking distance to the city attraction. With airconditioning, specially it was a bit warm weather.

I didn't like the pellow. I had neck pain. And also I think for the price, they should also have a vacuum cleaner.
