There were many extra touches - breakfast try laid out, slippers, toothbrush, toiletries presented for our use, even water in the coffee maker all designed to make us feel valued and appreciated.

Subjective, but we did not like the mattress. Also we felt that too much information was required for check-in: when they have our passport pictures and Visa card number our home address should not be required.
