Instalaciones antiguas, poco cómodo y el aire acondicionado hacía ruido

L appartement est super bien équipé et bien située. On a passé un super séjour. On reviendra !!!

La posizione della struttura era perfetta, in centro storico. L'appartamento è molto carino e tranquillo in un bell'edificio dall'architettura tipica. Stanze pulite e servizi a disposizione sufficienti (stoviglie, bagnoschiuma, ecc.)

L'impianto di riscaldamento era datato. Nonostante avessimo chiesto informazioni al nostro arrivo non ci è stato comunicato che le pompe di calore funzionavano male, così il primo giorno abbiamo avuto molto freddo. Abbiamo contattato il gestore che per messaggio ci ha detto che sapeva del problema e che la mattina dopo ci avrebbe portato delle stufe elettriche come quella presente in bagno, ma alla domanda sull'ora in cui sarebbe passato non abbiamo più avuto risposta...e nemmeno le stufe, perché il giorno dopo nessuno si è fatto vivo.

The location was good close to the centre

Whilst a good location the street can't be accessed by cars and you need to carry your bags up 52 stairs to the apartment which is smaller than the photos suggest We had trouble with the facilities like the washing machine and TV Despite many messages no help was received for our entire stay Communication was very poor Glad we didn't need help for anything important They once said they were coming but never arrived and we wasted a .morning The advertised facilities like outdoor furniture not exist Would not recommend this accommodation due to poor facilities and lack of support A disappointing stay The young boy who let us in only told us about where to leave the keys then was in a hurry to go None of the promised help in the email. Look further for a place to stay in Seville there are better options

Room was superb and view amazing as was location, 2 mins walk to center area of Seville and all major attractions within 10mins

The terrace was misrepresented on photos as showing table and chairs. The terrace had amazing views of the city but couldn't really enjoy without a seating area. Reviews said washing machine not working which was still the case.
