"Modern Apartment with excellent facilities"

The property is nicely finished. The place is clean, with modern amenities and spacious. It has a car park right in front which is a bonus if you are traveling by car, as parking is a headache in Seville. There is also a big supermarket opposite which is great.

Not really a negative but if you want to walk around the city and not use a car, the property is 15min walk from the centre.

It was a very modern, clean house, above our expectations. As 2 families with children, we stayed very comfortably. We were able to walk to the city center during our stay. There is a shopping center and a supermarket just across the house. There is also a parking lot across the street, but parking fees are a bit high in Seville. If you are not going to drive, I can recommend you to use the free parking lot 10 minutes away and travel with Uber. Some of the free parking lots are closed on the weekend, pay attention before parking.

"Walking Galore"

Clean comfy place to stay. Within walking distance to the historic city centre. Easy to get a taxi also. Love love love!!! Cristina and Barbara were so prompt and super helpful. Thank you.

Great apartment, very comfortable. There is a loft that our daughter enjoyed. Extremely close to all the sights. Great suggestions at the place for booking restaurants, flamenco dances

Everyrhing was great! Plenty of space for all the family (we are 5) and just 10mins walking to the heart of Sevilla. Great valute for Money too.

very clean, had comfy beds, well equipped with everything, great location, supermarket 5 minute walk, host had a book there with lots of info on Seville & she gave us a great introduction to the apt & how everything worked. I can’t say anything negative about my experience at this wonderful apt.
