Apartamento espacioso , limpio y muy bien decorado, el anfitrión muy amable y siempre al pendiente de la comunicación.

El que no incluya parking porque es muy complicado estacionarse alrededor, el anfitrión sí ofrece uno pero con costo extra. Como detalle adicional, el baño del 2ndo piso tenía unos detalles de mtto pero en general todo excelente.

The property was quite central. Bruno helped us when we arrived early and also offered luggage lock for a reasonable price

Would have preferred to have more towels in the first place The upstairs shower is a bit small and tiles were moving but nothing out of this world

Everything perfect.. just what we wanted.. spacious and cozy at the same time ... Pop art decoration .. bus stop just outside , 20 min walk to almost everywhere.. Bruno was more than helpful !!

The sofabed was not comfortable for two people; Some hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful; A little washing powder/detergent and an additional kitchen towel would have been great.

Nothing. All was perfect. Great host.

The administrator/host was very responsive and tried to help us with the parking. We forgot sending a reservation for the parking and ended up with a 40 euros/night in a public place. The location is fairly good, since it is relatively close to the center (20 min walk). The living is luminous, nicely/modern furnished and fairly large and windows are noise proof. Kitchen amenities do exist. The main bathroom is big enough, well lit. Access to the room is pretty easy when following instructions. Good wifi. Beds ok, with sidelamps, although mattresses are are slightly soft. The second bathroom is a plus, despite being tiny. Apartment ok for a family with children with a profound sleep, definitely not for two couples. The terrace is nice, large and is a plus for the property.

The so called bedrooms are in fact open spaces on a platform placed somewhere at the half height of the studio. There is no bedroom(s), as such, and there is no privacy e.g. for those sleeping in the living. For the other couple there is no closet (for hangers). The furniture here is rather fatigued... Persons taller than 1.80 must be careful not to smash their heads when going up, in the ”bedrooms”. The platform is extremely creaky especially near the upper bathroom and makes a very nasty noise, always interrupting sleep whenever someone steps out of bed. One of the two beds face the inner hall of the building, thus there is no proper airing. There is no good light protection for those sleeping close to the building hall, they also hear all the coming and goings of the neighbors. Also, every noise is heard in the entire house. A tall or big person cannot fit in the bathroom upstairs.
