Excellent location, quiet neighbours, close to restaurant and tourist spot.

The shower has no ventilation fan, need to open window. Water leaking ? or too much steam during hot shower made the floor of toilet very wet.

Schöne kleine Penthouse-Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Dächer der Stadt und die Giralda. Ein Schlafzimmer mit gutem Doppelbett und ein lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer (rundherum verdunkelbare Fenster) mit bequemem Schlafsofa, sowohl zum Sitzen als auch zum Schlafen. Alsolut ruhig! Ausreichend Stauraum in beiden Zimmern. Kleine, minimal ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Zentral gelegen: 7 Minuten Fußweg zur Giralda bzw. Kathedrale. In der Umgebung zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Die Eincheckformalitaten sind sehr mühselig, nicht über Booking, sondern direkt mit der Wohnungsverwaltung, die zusätzlich im Voraus 100 Euro Schadenskaution einzieht (und zeitnah rückerstattet). Schnelle Reaktionen auf Anfragen, immer anonym. Wir konnten das Gepäck noch 3 Stunden länger stehen lassen: Danke!

Ein bisschen Salz wäre nett :-). Die Vorhänge sind teilweise verschlissen.

Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, svi sadržaji su udaljeni na par minuta. Komunikacija je bila odlična - dobili smo sve detaljne informacije u naprijed što je bilo važno zbog gužvi koje se događaju tijekom Velikog tjedna. Imao je sve potrebne sadržaje za boravak jedne obitelji.
