Selecta Apart ideal y facil parking en la calle

Nos ha gustado todo del apartamento. Estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y era tal y como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente y la estancia ha sido muy cómoda. Sin duda repetiríamos y lo recomendamos totalmente

Exceptionally clean apartment with lovely decor and friendly hosts! Everything was perfect and we didn't have any issues.

The apartment was a bit far from the centre but we thought it was worth it for such a great place.

This is a large contemporary apartment within an attractive period building. Ideal for a couple.

The apartment is managed by a property management company and communication in the lead up to our arrival did not inspire confidence. Eg we were told the apartment would be available from 4pm and that we would ve given entry instructions in advance. By 4 pm we still hadn’t received entry instructions and gad to chase the managers for info which did come quickly after that. I suspect they used google translate from Spanish to English to describe where the key box is located and the instructions didn’t make any sense (we noticed in reviews that previous guests had problems finding the key box). Anyway, the key box is attached to metal railings on the OPPOSITE side of the road to the apartment building. The main double bedroom was excellent. The second bedroom is basically a single room with a single bed that has bottom part that slides out to provide a makeshift double. The sofa bed would be adequate for a single person on a short stay. The cleaning let the apartment down a little as there were black hairs on the walls of the ensuite shower. Unlike similar properties we stayed in that were managed by the owners, there was no information about the local area and facilities like supermarkets, restaurants etc or details about public transport options for getting into Seville city centre which was a shame. There wasn’t a kettle or tea towels for drying dishes if you didn’t want to use the dishwasher. In other words, there were few personal touches. Nonetheless, it is a nice apartment despite the niggles.

Great apartment - comfortable, clean, quiet, and reliable internet. The host was very responsive, and guided us patiently through some initial troubleshooting.

The apartment was located further away from the city center than what we expected. However, it was in a quiet neighborhood with locals and had good access to public transit (plus walking distance to the Betico stadium).

Second pair of keys would have been helpful

Clean, confortable, good location near Marie Luisa parque. Recommend

Cab driver had difficult time finding location. The Bellivista had him at similar street 10 km too far out.

Lovely base to explore Seville as not in the busy town centre. Fabulous little roof pool to cool down. Great communication with owners. Everything was spotless. Definitely return
