Le logement était conforme au descriptif et aux photos ; très bien équipé. Les gestionnaires du lieu sont tout à fait disponibles et à l'écoute pour les premiers pas (entrée dans l'appartement un peu spécifique notamment :-) ). Attention, il est indispensable de disposer d'un téléphone portable avec un accès aux données mobiles à l'étranger pour pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement ! Très bien situé au coeur d'un site très vivant et très proche des centres d'intérêt de Séville.

The biggest advantage is the location. The apartment is very well located, and I really liked that. I also liked the beds — they were comfortable in my opinion. The apartment was well equipped with all necessary accessories. The registration process was smooth and easy.

Coming back to a freezing-cold apartment was very unpleasant (end of December). The temperature was around 15°C inside, and it was difficult to make it warmer. We used the air conditioning for heating, which helped only temporarily. During the night, you had to sleep in socks and long-sleeve T-shirts. For winter conditions, there should be an electric heater and additional blankets. There is mold in the shower. It should be cleaned or the grout between the tiles should be replaced. It was disappointing to see this. Moreover the extra sequin pillows on the beds look like they haven’t been washed in a while. They were dirty. When the electric blower in the bathroom is turned on together with the air conditioning, the circuit breakers trip. The door is opened via an app, and unfortunately the electronic lock "beeps" every few seconds (frequency changes), 24/7. You can hear it in the bedrooms (even with closed doors), and even outside on the street. I reported this issue but nothing was done about it. The building is old, and the neighbors are loud. You can hear them clearly, especially at night when they move furniture around. Every step and even normal conversations can be heard through the walls. It might be quiet if the neighbors are away, but otherwise it is very noisy. This is not an issue with the apartment itself, but rather with the building as a whole, and it is worth knowing. I would come back to the location (Triana), but never to this apartment. I really don’t understand the score it received.

Le chauffage dans la chambre à 3 lits. Un petit rafraîchissement de la douche serait bienvenue.
