Atico Duplex Plaza Del salvador

We love this fantastic apartment and it’s location! Spacious bedrooms, living area and bathrooms. We walked the entire city of Seville from the apt. It is on a pedestrian street/plaza, so we parked our rental car in a garage a few blocks away. Small grocery store very close by. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. Owner extremely communicative and easy to reach - he gives you all of his information prior to arrival. Apartment is well stocked. Amazing top floor terrace that is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sunning and evening drinks/tapas! Would definitely stay here again!

While not an issue for us at all, just want to mention apt has a very narrow set of marble spiral stairs. You have to go up 2 flights and apt is then on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building (two bedrooms on 3rd floor; kitchen, living room, terrace on 4th floor). No problem navigating for my family of 5, but we are very mobile and only had carry on sized luggage.

There was nothing to dislike

Location, the terrace, good sound proofing, bathrooms and beds very confortable. Host was very friendly too and responded to all of our questions.

The three to four flights of narrow stairs are a challenge but we took the challenge and after a month of climbing stairs we are more fit, I guess. Having occasional neighbors in the small apartment downstairs is a bit strange too because the lights of the common stairs will turn on randomly and if you are in the living room area you are surprised by it.
